Manage your Corporate Card
Once you have activated the ING Commercial Card app and have access to the Commercial Card portal, you can keep track of your expenses, check your total spending, and monitor your available credit limit.
Change cardholder information
Select the form of your preferred language below, based on the currency of the card. With the form you can change the card limit and cardholder specific information like the telephone number. The telephone number is important to activate the Commercial Card app which is needed to validate online purchases as of summer 2020. The form must be signed by the card program administrator.

Check your transactions
To review your transactions in the ING Commercial app:
- Log into the app
- Select your credit card under My Cards
All transactions from the past 12 months will be shown. The transactions are sorted by statement period. In the tab ‘Others’ you will see your card limit, the outstanding amount, and the next payment due date.
To review your transactions and to download your statements from the ING Commercial Card portal:
- Go to www.ingcommercialcard.com
- Enter your username and password
- Access the ING Commercial Card app
- Select the Authenticator option from the upper menu to generate the security code
- Insert the security code on the portal screen
If needed, you can submit a dispute. Examples include: goods were not received or shipment was incomplete; transaction entered twice; amount is incorrect. Select a dispute form below in your preferred language.

Get a copy statement
The Programme Administrator can call the ING service team to request a copy statement of the programmes. Cardholders can only request copy statements of their own card.
